Hivemind Forge speeds up the creation of autonomous systems by providing an AI‑powered toolset that lets teams simulate, test, evaluate and deploy their algorithms – cutting time to deployment and boosting productivity. The suite includes a scenario designer, mission planner, execution/simulation orchestrator, a real‑time simulation engine and a test suite for analysis and evaluation.
Since August 2024 I’ve served as the first product designer and design lead on Hivemind Forge—part of the Hivemind SDK—while also supporting the Special Projects team in the Office of the CTO. In this role, I’ve:
- Shipped Forge’s first generally available no‑code/low‑code visual interface as part of Hivemind SDK, taking on responsibilities spanning product design, product management and design engineering. This launch unlocked substantial revenue for Shield AI in under a year.
- Helped Hivemind exec team to build and scale a cross‑disciplinary design team from scratch (now 10 members), creating cross‑functional rituals and an inclusive culture that enable candid design discussions and consistently high‑quality product outcomes.
